About the roleWe are looking for a proactive Learning & Onboarding Co-ordinator to join our Talent Development team. You will be the architect of the first-class experience every new joiner receives, ensuring Faculty’s culture and standards are embedded from day one. By managing our Learning Experience Platform (Sana) and co-ordinating organisation-wide growth initiatives, you will bridge the gap between operational excellence and transformative learning. This is a high-impact opportunity to use AI-driven tools to streamline delivery and support the development of the brightest minds in AI.
What you'll be doing:Leading the end-to-end co-ordination and hosting of our onboarding programme to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for every new joiner.
Managing the organisation-wide learning calendar by overseeing invitations, enrolments, and logistics for workshops and core skills programmes.
Administering our LXP (Sana) and Udemy platforms, including content tagging, troubleshooting learner queries, and maintaining metadata consistency.
Collaborating with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to update learning materials and maintain rigorous version control.
Analysing engagement data and feedback to produce regular dashboards that highlight trends, track compliance, and drive continuous improvement.
Optimising administrative workflows and communication by leveraging AI tools to enhance team efficiency and delivery speed.
Liaising with external providers and internal business units to ensure timely communication and successful programme execution.
You have experience in L&D, HR operations, or programme co-ordination, with a proven track record of managing complex logistics and delivery-focused tasks.
You possess exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
You are technically confident and quick to master new systems, particularly learning platforms (LXP/LMS) and digital people-operations tools.
You communicate with clarity and warmth, showing a high attention to detail in both written and verbal interactions with diverse stakeholders.
You are a proactive problem-solver with a curious mindset and a genuine appetite for using AI and technology to streamline your work.
You thrive when working autonomously, taking full ownership of projects while remaining a collaborative and reliable partner to the wider People team.
