About the Role:


PTW is in need a Lean Operations Specialist or Manager to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and optimize workflows across our organization. This is a hands-on role for an expert in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies who can get into the weeds, analyze inefficiencies, and implement cost-saving solutions. They will work closely with leadership and teams to streamline processes, scrutinize spending, and ensure every resource is utilized effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

                •              Conduct in-depth operational audits to identify inefficiencies and waste.

                •              Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

                •              Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other efficiency frameworks to optimize workflows.

                •              Analyze spending patterns, vendor contracts, and resource allocation to eliminate unnecessary costs.

                •              Work hands-on with teams to redesign processes for maximum efficiency.

                •              Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational improvements.

                •              Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations and execution plans.

                •              Train internal teams on best practices for maintaining efficiency and cost control.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

                •              Proven experience in Lean/Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred).

                •              Strong background in operational efficiency, process optimization, and cost reduction.

                •              Hands-on approach with a track record of implementing real-world efficiency improvements.

                •              Ability to work across departments, break silos, and drive change.

                •              Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.

                •              Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

                •              Experience in [industry-specific experience if needed] is a plus.
