Add beauty, clarity and creative consideration to LBG products, elevating the customer experience from functional to desirable and delightful. It goes beyond usability by addressing both form and function. Visual design is the first impression consumers will have of our product—it is actually arguably the most important impression it'll make. Users will decide whether to trust the credibility of a website/app based more upon its visual cues than its actual content. Additionally, it is one of the strongest ties a designer can use for effectual branding.

  • You’ll develop deep empathy for people, understanding their needs, aspirations and challenges.

  • Recruit and mentor designers early in their career and help facilitate growth within visual designer community.

  • Support the visual design community of practice lead

  • Share knowledge and improve design methods as an active member of the visual design and experience design community.

What you'll need

  • Proven and demonstrable background at a senior level experience in visual design for large scale projects.

  • Advanced skills in: competitor analysis, concepting, work shopping, visual design across multiple platforms (iOS and Android) and mobile and web, prototyping, sketching skills

  • Experience of working within and contributing to a enterprise design system.

  • Experience of supporting wider team activities user research.

  • Deep proficiency with industry standard design & business tools such as; Adobe CC, Figma

  • The ability to manage key stakeholders in the business who come from digital and non-digital backgrounds.

  • We are looking for someone who is empathetic, daring, and inquisitive. Good at problem-solving and who is a proactive customer advocate.

 What we like…

  • You’re passionate about delivering all things UI, and know your way around a Design System.

  • You’re highly skilled and competent at what you do. You pride yourself on your work. You have a forensic attention to detail, and if something isn’t pixel perfect, it bothers you.

  • You’ve designed for iOS / Android apps and are always up to speed with app design best practices.

  • You always take ownership of your work and are good at managing your own time. You’re able to balance multiple tasks at once.

  • You care about your craft and ultimately want to make a difference.

  • You’re an advocate for simplicity, usability and accessibility.

  • You’re proactive, always looking for the next innovation or efficiency.
