About Nevis

Nevis is building the world’s first AI wealth management platform. We are building the system financial advisors will run on for the next decade. Our AI completes work, automates workflows end to end, and frees advisors to spend more time with clients. In the future, every wealth management firm will run on Nevis.

Nevis was founded by an exceptional team of ex-Revolut executives and has raised a total of $40 million from world leading investors including Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ and Ribbit.

About the Role

We’re looking for our 1st talent hire to own and scale hiring across Nevis. You’ll play a critical role in building the recruitment foundation of our organisation — hiring exceptional talent across a variety of foundational roles for Nevis.

This is a hands-on role as you’ll design and execute world-class recruiting strategies, partner closely with the founders, and define Nevis’s talent brand. You won’t just fill roles — you’ll help us find the people who make the company.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Full Hiring Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding — ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.

  • Build Technical Pipelines: Identify, attract, and engage top-tier passive talent across engineering, AI, data, and product functions through creative sourcing and community engagement.

  • Partner with Leadership: Collaborate closely with founders and hiring managers to understand growth goals and translate them into scalable recruitment strategies.

  • Data Driven Decision Making: Use data to monitor pipeline health, optimize processes, and report on key metrics and hiring progress to leadership.

  • Employer Brand Development: Shape and communicate Nevis’s story to the talent market — showcasing our mission, culture, and technology through events, content, and outreach.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, talent market movements, and emerging technologies to inform recruiting strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

About You
  • Experience: 5–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally within high-growth startups and/or high caliber recruitment firms.

  • Technical Depth: Strong track record recruiting for technical roles in the UK and/or European markets.

  • Strategic Agility: Ability to build recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities while executing quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Skilled in using recruiting analytics and KPIs to inform decisions, forecast needs, and drive process improvements.

  • Relationship Builder: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling recruiting infrastructure as the company grows.

Bonus Points
  • Tools: Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and collaboration systems (Ashby, Juicebox etc.).

  • Versatility: Experience recruiting for both technical and business roles.

Why Join Nevis
  • Work alongside a high-calibre founding team backed by some of the best investors in the world.

  • A fast-paced, high-growth environment with the opportunity to shape how the business operates.

  • Be part of a mission-driven company transforming the wealth management industry with huge potential for global impact.

  • 25 days’ annual leave.

  • Private medical insurance.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including company equity.
