Primary Purpose
Technology transformation is only successful when people adopt new ways of working. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our Technology initiatives translate into real, sustained impact across the organization.
As an Lead Technology Change Management Analyst, you will lead the development and execution of enterprise change strategies for complex Technology programs. You'll apply structured methodologies to help teams navigate change effectively-accelerating adoption, minimizing disruption, and ensuring business value is realized.
This role partners closely with HR, Communications, and senior Technology leaders to deliver consistent, integrated change approaches. You'll influence how change is planned and experienced, while building scalable frameworks and tools that strengthen change capability across the organization. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead end-to-end change strategies for complex Technology initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness, and adoption planning
  • Partner with HR and Corporate Communications to ensure aligned messaging, integrated plans, and a consistent employee experience
  • Establish and track key metrics and feedback loops to measure adoption, proficiency, and business outcomes
  • Analyze insights and recommend actions to improve adoption, engagement, and overall change effectiveness
  • Coach leaders and managers on change practices, equipping them to effectively support their teams through change
  • Support the development of change capability across Technology through training, tools, and guidance
  • Embed repeatable frameworks, toolkits, and governance practices to enable scalable and consistent change delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of change management approaches, aligned to evolving Technology ways of working (e.g., Agile, product models)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a strong track record supporting complex Technology initiatives
  • Experience leading change efforts across multi-program or enterprise-level transformations
  • Strong facilitation and communication strategy skills, with the ability to engage and influence across stakeholder groups
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience measuring adoption and translating insights into action
  • Ability to operate independently while partnering effectively across teams

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP)
  • Experience working in Agile, SAFe, or product-based operating environments
  • Experience partnering with enterprise communications or HR transformation teams

NC Salary Range: $108,880 - $163,320
Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
