YOUR CHALLENGE:

As the Lead Sales Manager - Strategic Partnerships, your role is crucial in driving our business growth with a Global remit. You'll be at the forefront of establishing and nurturing key partnerships with external organisations, which will help us foster collaborations and expand our network. Your main goal is to identify and leverage strategic alliances, joint ventures, and collaborations that enhance our market presence, expand our service offerings, and boost our competitiveness. You'll have the opportunity to shape partnership strategies, negotiate agreements, and ensure that all external collaborations align with our company's overall objectives. Your efforts will significantly impact the success and market positioning of our mobility business.


 ABOUT YOU:

  • Industry Expertise: You possess in-depth knowledge of the mobility industry, including market trends, the regulatory landscape, and key players, which allows you to strategically identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities.
  • Strategic Thinking: You have a strong ability to think strategically, aligning partnership initiatives with the overall business strategy to ensure that collaborations contribute to our long-term goals and competitive advantage.
  • Relationship Management: Your relationship-building skills are exceptional. You effectively cultivate and maintain partnerships both internally and externally, fostering a collaborative environment that benefits all parties involved.
  • Negotiation Skills: You are proficient in negotiation techniques, consistently securing favorable terms, agreements, and collaborations that ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and its strategic partners.
  • Innovation and Creativity: You have a mindset geared toward innovation and creativity, envisioning and implementing novel partnership models and exploring unconventional collaborations that drive innovation and differentiation in the mobility space.
  • Communication Skills: You demonstrate effective communication skills, conveying the value proposition of potential partnerships, articulating benefits to internal stakeholders, and building a compelling narrative around collaborative initiatives.
  • Risk Management: You have a strong ability to assess and manage risks associated with partnerships, including legal, financial, and operational considerations, ensuring that collaborations align with the company's risk tolerance and compliance standards
  • Tools: Experience with Salesforce (preferred)
  • Language: English, any additional languages is an advantage
