The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate software engineers from mid-level to lead to help us build robust, enterprise-grade solutions that drive real-world impact.

Our problems are complex from building AI-powered analytics that are constantly evolving, to challenges that define modern finance, giving engineers the opportunity to stretch their craft and shape solutions that matter.

Our software engineers have a strong appetite for innovation, new technologies, and AI, both in how we accelerate engineering and in how we create smarter, more valuable experiences for our customers. We encourage curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning, giving our teams the opportunity to solve complex challenges at scale. 

What We Look For

We place great value on technical excellence and a drive for continuous learning.

  • Experienced Software Engineers with one of the following technologies – Java, Python, C++ or C#
  • Strong experience with CI/CD, unit testing framework and automation (testing/deployment) in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Curiosity about AI and a strong interest in how emerging technologies can be applied to solve complex software engineering problems.
  • Prior Financial Services or Big Tech experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering and related field or relevant experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Willingness to learn and work with new technologies across the full stack
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate optimally with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and timezones
