The HERE WeGo team brings world class HERE products and services to the consumer market. We’re a team of around 20 engineers, designers and product people, fully equipped to bring state-of-the-art location technology to consumers world-wide via our HERE WeGo Apps https://www.here.com/applications/wego for Mobile and Web.
As a member of the team, you will
- Participate in the full software development life-cycle of a Flutter application
- Develop an innovative, appealing, high-quality consumer app in a cross-functional team
- Lead cross-team development efforts and projects
- Write clean, simple and well-tested code
- Pro-actively handle ambiguities with designers and product manager
- Contribute ideas for new features and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate effectively in and across teams
Technical Skills:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar technical field with a Bachelor's/Master's degree.
- Mobile development experience with Android and/or iOS
- Expert knowledge of Android and/or iOS core development frameworks
- Prior Flutter experience a big plus
- Hands-on experience in all aspects of developing and releasing mobile apps
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for complex problems.
- Strong track-record of high quality consumer apps
Soft skills:
- You are a team-player who collaborates with developers, testers and product owner to create an amazing user experience.
- You have experience with all aspects of the production software lifecycle.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and feel comfortable coordinating efforts across teams.
- You are a fast learner and comfortable working with little direction.
