Cyncly is now embarking on an exciting journey as we continue to expand through strong organic growth and complementary acquisitions, backed by leading growth private equity firms specialized in technology.

The Role

We are scaling Cyncly’s Content Platform across Europe — transforming how product data becomes design-ready, intelligent, and interconnected. You will be the strategic driver in DACH/EU, shaping how manufacturers publish to and designers consume from the world’s most connected design content

What you will do (scope & impact)

  • Define and lead the pan-European product strategy for the Content Platform, focusing on establishing unified content standards across K&B, Furniture, W/D/G, and Flooring, directly impacting content quality and velocity.
  • Build and execute a roadmap that balances customers' requirements, designer workflows, market trends, and business goals; keep cross functional‑ stakeholders aligned (engineering, design, marketing, sales).
  • Lead data ingestion & API strategy: define data pipelines and API contracts to acquire and normalize content (geometry, rules, pricing, codes, rich media) from heterogeneous sources into the platform.
  • Drive AI-powered automation by partnering with AI/ML teams to accelerate time-to-content and scalability, targeting a X% reduction in manual content processing.
  • Define content quality & governance (versioning, lifecycle, validation rules) to ensure accuracy, fidelity, and consistency.
  • Be the platform's Chief Evangelist across DACH/EU, building credibility with manufacturers and design communities to drive platform adoption and content contributions
  • Define and implement the platform's consumption and monetization strategy (e.g., licensing, Item placement, marketplace mechanics) in partnership with Product Marketing and Finance, establishing key KPIs to measure and maximize value realization.
  • Mentor PMs/PMMs and influence senior stakeholders across multiple business areas; act as the European voice in enterprise-wide‑ initiatives.

What you will bring (requirements)

  • 5 years in Product Management for B2B/enterprise or platform products; proven concept to launch ownership for complex, integrated solutions.
  • Technical fluency across APIs, data models (3D,2D product configuration), and cloud architectures
  • PIM/PLM/PDM integration experience (e.g., PIM data structures, product hierarchies, attribute taxonomies, BOM/rules engines); comfort mapping 2D/3D assets, parametric models, pricing, and manufacturer constraints.
  • AI in production: shipped or led initiatives applying AI/ML to content creation, normalization, quality automation or similar.
  • Industry empathy: credibility with manufacturers and designers — you can deep dive into‑ data semantics and CAD/parametric implications one hour, then run a design review the next.
  • Languages: Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
  • Stakeholder leadership: clear, compelling communicator with executive presence; effective in distributed, global teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with European manufacturing data ecosystems (IDM, eClass, GS1, BIM standards)
  • Familiarity with content lifecycle/versioning tooling and authoring workflows for geometry, textures, and rules.
  • Exposure to 3D design software ecosystems (CAD, Revit, SketchUp, 2020 Design, Winner, pCon, etc.)
  • Understanding of marketplace models or consumption-based monetization
  • Previous experience in multi-region product launches or scaling global SaaS platforms

Success looks like

  • Accelerated onboarding of European manufacturers to the content platform
  • Increased speed and quality of content publication through automation and AI
  • Strong engagement and satisfaction from designers and retailers using European content
  • Measurable growth in monetization or usage within the region
