Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Sales Strategy & Operations is a pivotal function at Salesforce, driving us toward profitable growth at scale. This role is within our global public sector business unit covering both public sector and education industries helping drive real change across EMEA governments and regions. We collaborate closely with senior leaders, serving as trusted advisors who influence strategic business priorities, develop long-term GTM strategies, and implement effective operational processes, systems, and tools. We champion cross-functional transformational projects and lead change management initiatives, ensuring seamless business scaling across regions, segments, and clouds.

Now, we are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst / Lead to join the EMEA PS & EDU Sales Strategy & Operations team. This role partners directly with regional sales leadership and plays a critical role in owning the operating rhythm of the business. You will lead core planning, forecasting, performance management, and executive reporting activities, with high visibility across UKI, EMEA, and Global stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities & Impact
  • Strategy & Execution Partner:
Act as a trusted operations and strategy partner and regional strategy and operation lead to the Regional Sales Leader and senior UKI / South & France stakeholders. Own day-to-day execution across forecasting, support pipeline health, coverage, capacity, attainment, and business performance.

  • Business Health & Data-Driven Insights:
Own regional business health monitoring, proactively identifying risks and opportunities across pipeline, capacity, productivity, and execution. Develop and maintain dashboards, tools, and analysis that support operational and strategic decision-making.

  • Leadership & Operating Cadence Support:
Partner directly with senior regional leadership team to run the operating rhythm of the business, including QBRs, performance deep-dives, and executive reviews. Provide clear, actionable insights that influence leadership decisions.

  • Strategic Decision-Making:
Prepare executive-ready analysis, insights, and presentations that guide regional strategy. Support and lead high-impact ad-hoc initiatives with visibility at EMEA and Global levels.

  • Go-to-Market Planning & Execution:
Own and execute the annual planning cycle for the region, including org and capacity design, account and follower carving, quota setting, and regional investment planning. Ensure execution excellence across planning and performance cycles.

  • Forecasting & Process Optimisation:
Own the regional forecasting process, including forecast cadence, deep-dives, accuracy improvement initiatives, and executive readouts. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and scale processes, improving efficiency and data quality across reporting and analytics.

  • Financial & Capacity Management:
Manage regional headcount visibility, hiring plans, and capacity tracking, supporting recruitment and onboarding readiness. Support and help manage Professional Services, consultant, and discretionary investment budgets for the region.

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, RevOps, or Business Operations — ideally within a SaaS or high-growth environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience across forecasting, pipeline management, capacity planning, and GTM execution.

  • Experience building executive-ready reporting and insights using tools such as Tableau, CRM Analytics, or similar BI platforms.

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel and presentation tools (Slides/PowerPoint).

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to simplify complex data for senior audiences.

  • Strong ownership mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with ambiguity.

  • Experience coaching, onboarding, or acting as a senior point of contact is a strong plus.

  • Demonstrates a growth mindset, entrepreneurial energy, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
