Overview
The Cyber Secure team is looking for a Product Manager-Technical to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role• Deliver analysis on product requirements, being an SME on the application from the user perspective.• Building and understanding user journeys based on product owner requirements.• Translating requirements from business and product owners into features to development teams.• Work closely with product owners, architects and solution managers on assigned projects to assist in solutioning and high level architecture design.• Interaction with customers to understand customer experience, needs and requirements.

Essential Knowledge/Experience• Deep knowledge in analytical roles - being able to bridge product requirements into user journeys into a high level architecture.• Experience with the design and software development in digital native applications and microservices.• Initiative to learn and be the "SME" on the service.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Knowledge of software development processes including agile processes.
Desirable Knowledge/Experience• Payments industry• Fraud prevention and cyber security industry• Experience integrating vendor and open source products into an overall system
