About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and strategically minded Lead Product Manager to own the vision, roadmap, and execution of Enablon’s platform infrastructure and identity management. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of our multi-tenant SaaS platform, while also supporting hybrid deployment models including on-premises, private cloud, AWS, and Azure.

You will lead the product strategy for deployment infrastructure, cloud, and identity management, ensuring our platform meets the highest standards of reliability, compliance, and cost-efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, security, and other product teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the roadmap for core infrastructure services, deployment automation, and DevOps tooling.

  • Ensure seamless support for hybrid deployment models (multi-tenant SaaS, on-prem, private cloud, AWS, Azure).

  • Own the product strategy for identity services, including authentication, authorization, SSO, and user provisioning.

  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive initiatives to improve platform reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency.

  • Collaborate with finance and operations to manage infrastructure costs and support commercial models (e.g. usage-based pricing, tenant isolation).

  • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure platform services meet global standards (e.g., ISO, SOC 2, GDPR).

  • Embed security and privacy by design into infrastructure and deployment workflows.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on platform infrastructure or DevOps-related products.

  • Experience managing products in multi-tenant SaaS environments and hybrid deployment models.

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code.

  • Familiarity with identity management protocols (OAuth2, SAML, OpenID Connect) and enterprise IAM systems.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and globally distributed environment.
