Key responsibilities

  • Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel

  • Be able to perform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediation 

  • Build and nurture working relationships, manage stakeholders and partners across the Deel product platform and non-tech teams

  • Build industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment

  • Above all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a Product Management role

  • Performed as a Lead, Staff or similar IC Product Manager for 2 years

  • Previous experience of building and scaling complex B2B onboarding products/features across multiple user-types

  • Experience working with regulated products with compliance or cross-border considerations

  • Demonstrated success building products in a fast-paced, high-velocity, outcomes-driven environment (ideally scale up/start-up)

  • A strong level of understanding frameworks and how to scale functions across platforms

  • A systems thinker and pragmatic approach to solving for highly complex problems

  • Preferably based in EMEA timezone or up to +/- 3-4 hours
