  • Lead cross-functional delivery, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and customer requirements.

  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on BrandIndex across the organisation.

  • Gather and synthesise customer, market, and competitive insights to identify product opportunities and improvements.

  • Maintain awareness of developments in market research, consumer insights, data products, and emerging technologies.

  • Ensure customer needs remain central to product decisions and roadmap priorities.

Technical Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong product management experience within data, analytics, SaaS, or technology-led environments.

  • Excellent understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritisation, and product lifecycle management.

  • Ability to work effectively with engineering, data science, research, and commercial stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using customer, product, and commercial data to support decision-making.

  • Experience within market research, consumer insights, media measurement, or adjacent sectors is advantageous.

  • Understanding of data privacy, governance, and regulatory considerations relevant to data products.

  • Strategic thinker with a strong balance of commercial awareness and execution focus.

  • Effective influencer, able to build alignment across stakeholders and functions.

  • Excellent communicator, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving progress in fast-moving environments.

  • Collaborative, customer-focused, and outcome-oriented.

You Have:

  • 7-10+ years' experience in product management, including several years operating at a senior or lead level within data products, analytics, or technology businesses.

  • Proven track record of delivering product roadmaps from concept through launch and ongoing enhancement.

  • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
