We are rapidly expanding our London office and looking for a Lead Product Manager who will lead a world-class team of engineers and designers and is passionate about building world-class products. 

This is a unique opportunity to become the first Product Manager in our London Data organization. In this role, you'll make a significant impact in a business-critical domain, holding a pivotal position within our London office and product organization! 🚀

About The Role:

As a Lead Product Manager in the Data Platform organisation, you will drive the development and evolution of data modelling systems that define how our platform supports complex team workflows. You will be responsible for structuring and organizing the underlying data models that allow users to build relationships between tasks, teams, and projects, all while ensuring scalability and performance across large organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product vision and roadmap: Define and implement the strategy for data modelling and workflow optimization across the platform, ensuring it supports complex organizational needs.
  • Mentor junior product managers, share best practices and guide them in their roles.
  • Contribute to building a strong product culture by establishing ceremonies and providing leadership within the Data Platform Group. 
  • Data-driven product development: Use customer insights, data trends, and feedback to continuously optimize how users create and manage their workflows on monday.com.
  • Establish a shared vision across the company while working with talented cross-functional team members (across engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.). You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company.
  • Automation and scalability: Develop solutions that help users automate cross-functional workflows and processes, enabling teams to work more efficiently at scale.
  • Stakeholder management: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and maintain clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Measure and optimize: Analyze user data and platform performance to refine and improve workflow-related features and functionalities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on data models.
  • Strong technical background and experience working with engineering teams to develop data-driven products.
  • Proven ability to build and scale data structures that support complex workflows and organizational processes.
  • Experience with databases and tools like Redis, Snowflake, or similar, to handle large-scale data management.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven individual comfortable with motivating, leading, and making decisions.
  • A passion for enhancing team productivity through innovative product solutions.
  • Previous experience leading Enterprise SaaS B2B products is a plus.
  • You are a quick learner who adapts well and thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
