We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team of Product Design experts!

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the direction of our products, ensuring they meet and exceed user needs while maintaining a seamless and impactful design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end product experiences—from research and ideation to execution and refinement.
  • Understand user behavior and challenges through user research, usability testing, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Utilize a full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills to build delightful user experiences.
  • Deliver detailed designs and clear requirements for features and improvements.
  • Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that optimize user needs and business goals across web & mobile platforms.
  • Collaborate daily with Product Managers, and Software Engineers to define and deliver extraordinary products.
  • Coordinate and facilitate usability tests, analytics and other target user research to validate existing and future feature design.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, continuously advocating for integrating new ideas and approaches into the design process. 

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years experience as a Product Designer designing complex B2B and B2C systems and creating user experiences for web and mobile platforms - Must

Proven experience designing intuitive user interfaces for customer-facing products - Must

  • Bachelor's degree (Communications, Psychology, HCI, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience working in an end-to-end design process from ideation, wireframing, and prototyping to final design, based on data, user testing, and customer feedback.
  • Experience leading Product Design efforts from concept to final design, including conducting and analyzing usability tests. 
  • Be a problem solver and present alternatives - the ability to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutions.
  • Fluency in user-centered design best practices and design trends across web and mobile platforms and knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to work in close collaboration with other team members.
