About Euphoric

Euphoric builds AI-first employee benefits administration software for the world's largest and most prestigious employers. We spun out of Peppy Health — a fast-growing, Series B digital health company serving major global employers — in May 2025 to tackle what we believe is the biggest untouched opportunity in enterprise software.

Global employers spend $3–5 trillion on benefits every year. It's their second-largest cost after payroll — yet the entire category is still running on legacy systems and outdated assumptions. AI-first startups have almost completely overlooked it, and incumbents, constrained by decades-old tech stacks, simply can't move fast enough.

This isn't just a gigantic market, it's genuine tech for good.

Smarter administration, deeper insight into what employees actually need, and clearer communication have the power to directly improve the everyday lives, wellbeing, and financial security of millions of people worldwide.

We're a sharp, high-velocity team obsessed with building category-defining technology and partnering with exceptional people who want their work to truly matter.

We closed significant seed rounds in October 2025 & May 2026 and are building from a position of strength with a long cash runway. We've already secured contracts with several of the world's largest enterprises and are now preparing for rapid expansion as we scale the platform globally.

About GAP & Navigator

GAP and Navigator are the two products that power Euphoric, and they’re two halves of one experience. GAP is where benefits teams at global companies run their benefits: the single source of truth for every benefit, in every country. Navigator is where their employees actually discover and use those benefits, branded for each client.

The platform has scale and momentum. Real clients, real revenue, and plenty still to do on both sides. You’ll inherit decisions and legacy while pushing both products forward at pace.

About the role

You’ll be Euphoric’s sole product designer initially, covering both products. There’s no separate “GAP designer” or “Navigator designer”. Administrators live in GAP, employees live in Navigator, the data flows between them, and you need to think in both directions at once.

You’ll own the experience vision across both products, frame the hardest problems, and ship opinionated design from discovery to production. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and leadership as peers, and still be in Figma yourself most days.

You need to be exceptional at both halves of product design. Visual craft (typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, motion) at the level of a strong brand or art director. Product design fundamentals (flows, IA, interaction, systems thinking) at the level of a lead designer at a top tier product company. One without the other doesn’t work.

The profile that thrives here: agency, studio, or exceptional product background. Somewhere craft, pace, and breadth all had to coexist. You will need to be extremely comfortable managing ambiguity, a lack of formal structure and a flat hierarchy. You’ll encounter many people with strong opinions, but you will always be the ultimate owner of product design.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own design across GAP and Navigator, from discovery through to delivery.

  • Set an exceptionally high bar on visual craft. Typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, motion.

  • Set the same bar on product design fundamentals. Flows, IA, interaction, systems thinking.

  • Design for both audiences. Every decision needs to work for the benefits teams running GAP and the employees living in Navigator at the same time.

  • Shape strategy with product and engineering. Roadmap, opportunities, problems worth solving.

  • Run discovery. Journeys, hypotheses, research.

  • Prototype heavily, including with AI tools. You’ll set the example for how the rest of the team works in time.

  • Evolve Euphoric’s design system, principles, and ways of working as the products grow.

  • Communicate decisions clearly. Bring stakeholders with you on rationale and evidence.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in B2B Enterprise products. You have a proven track record of designing and scaling complex, data-heavy B2B Enterprise platforms. You excel at managing intricate product areas like client configuration and dynamic tables, balancing business requirements with user-centric design to deliver high-impact solutions.

  • Exceptional at both halves of product design. Visual craft (typography, colour, layout, hierarchy, motion) and product fundamentals (flows, IA, interaction, systems thinking). You notice the 4px misalignment, and you also know why the user dropped off at step 3.

  • You’ve designed for products where multiple audiences matter equally. You think naturally about balancing them, not just optimising for one.

  • 8+ years in product design with a portfolio of shipped work in complex, cross-functional environments. Your portfolio should look as good as it works.

  • Comfortable with complexity. You navigate complex systems and high-growth environments without getting bogged down, knowing how to prioritize impact while building for the future.

  • Self-sufficient by default. You can take a vague brief and a Slack thread and turn it into a shipped experience without needing the path cleared.

  • Built for remote. We’re a fully remote company. You work in the open, over-communicate by instinct, and don’t need a studio around you to keep your bar high.

  • Comfortable building with AI yourself. Prototyping is a core part of how you work.

  • Curious about where AI is going. You think about new patterns, not retrofitted versions of old ones.

  • Strong product thinking. You connect design decisions to user needs, business outcomes, and commercial reality.

  • Comfortable making decisions when the data is incomplete.

  • Able to move between strategic conversations with leadership and detailed production work with engineers, often in the same day.

  • Strong communicator. You earn influence through evidence and outcomes.

  • Thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment. You are super-flexible and can adapt quickly to changing priorities, maintaining high standards under pressure.

Where we are, honestly

Three things worth saying clearly, so you can decide if this is the right role for you.

  • Design at Euphoric is still maturing as a discipline, and this role is a meaningful part of how it evolves. You’ll join a team that ships, and you’ll help define what design becomes here next. It’s a real opportunity, not a finished story.

  • Breadth is part of the job. Digital product is the priority, and where most of your time will go. We’re not yet large enough to specialise narrowly, so you’ll sometimes apply your craft to adjacent surfaces – client-branded experiences, decks, marketing moments. The right person finds this energising; the wrong person finds it frustrating.

  • Euphoric is a demanding, fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be super-flexible and able to pivot quickly as priorities shift, maintaining high standards even when things are moving fast.

If this sounds like the kind of challenge you’ve been waiting for, let's talk.

What You’ll Get:
  • Salary between £110k-£130k

  • Meaningful early-stage equity

  • Remote-first setup with access to optional shared work space passes, so you can be based anywhere in the UK

  • Apple MacBook and unlimited access to AI tooling of your choice.

  • Private healthcare via Vitality.

  • 5% employer pension contribution.

  • 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays.

  • Regular R&D team off-sites - recent trips include Gdansk, Porto, Madrid, and Lisbon.
