Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst who will take on the responsibility of overseeing and enhancing our product analytics initiatives. In this role, you’ll bring your expertise in advertising and marketing data to uncover insights that guide our product roadmap, optimise performance, and directly impact how leading brands work with their data. You’ll collaborate closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to make sure decisions are driven by the right metrics.

This is a full-time role, and you can work from our London office - or remotely from within the UK.

Some of the things you’ll work on:
  • Define and track success metrics to guide Adverity's product strategy.
  • Consult Product Managers, UX Designers, and engineers on implementing key success metrics for features.
  • Advise product leadership on effective metrics for feature prioritisation and investment decisions.
  • Maintain tools for tracking product metrics, including Mixpanel, Adverity dashboard, and Athena.
  • Support the development of data pipelines and automation tools for product analytics.
  • Convert data insights into user-friendly dashboards and AI solutions to align stakeholders on product success metrics.
  • Promote a data-informed culture through education and the creation of reliable analytics tools.
We’re excited if you have:
  • 4+ years experience in Product Analytics (ideally B2B SaaS).
  • Strong analytical mindset, with deep knowledge of KPIs/OKRs and how they tie into company goals.
  • Proactive ownership of mid-term cross-departmental analytics initiatives, with resilience and a self-driven approach.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML, especially applied to user behavior data (e.g., churn prediction), and using AI tools for insight generation and idea validation.
  • Technical fluency, including proficiency in Python, strong SQL skills, and experience working with large-scale data warehouses.
  • Tooling expertise, especially in user event tracking (preferably Mixpanel), event setup, and dashboard building (Adverity platform experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to collaborate across departments (including C-level), and navigate fragmented data environments.
Why you’ll love it here:
  • Flexible working hours and home-office
  • Internal shares program (EDPP)
  • Ergonomic workspace and cutting edge technology
  • Budget for job relevant training
  • Regular team events (also remote)
  • Modern and stylish office in the heart of Vienna and London
  • Sustainable merch for all employees
  • Adverity Social Responsibility Days (+2 days paid off)

Apply now if you are ready to revolutionise the way businesses work with marketing data. We look forward to meeting you!
