The Team and Role:
The role of Senior Paid Search Manager is reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing in the Center of Excellence for Digital Marketing, the Senior Paid Search Manager will lead centralized execution and optimization of global Paid Search (SEA) and other performance channels for Logitech’s DTC business. This role ensures consistency, efficiency, and maximum ROI from one of our most critical demand-driving levers. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a media agency and the ability to work independently within a matrix organization.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive global SEM strategy and executions across various business groups among Logitech, aligning with overall marketing objectives and regional market nuances.
     

  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement advanced bidding and optimization strategies, leveraging AI and automation, in close collaboration with our main Media Agency and media platform partners.
     

  • SEA Expertise: Proficient in Search Engine Advertising (SEA) with expertise across platforms like Google, Amazon, and Bing. Adept at leveraging SEM strategies and performance media tactics to develop comprehensive paid media campaigns that maximize revenue and achieve optimal performance. Mastery of SEA tools and platforms, including Google Ads and Google Search 360.
     

  • Growth Marketing: Identify opportunities to expand performance marketing best practices into adjacent channels (e.g. retail media, social performance).
     

  • Performance & Insights Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to Business Groups and executives.
     

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business groups, DTC revenue team, e-commerce teams to align global SEM efforts to ensure a consistent ad campaign set-up, reporting and governance across all markets. 

  • Center of Excellence: Act as subject-matter expert for internal teams, driving continuous learning and upskilling in performance marketing.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 8–12 years in performance marketing, with deep expertise in SEM across Google, Bing, and emerging platforms. Google Ads Search Certificate is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of AI-driven bidding, automation, and attribution modeling.

  • Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar paid search budgets with measurable ROI impact.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy and performance recommendations.

  • Candidates with prior experience in Paid Media agencies are preferred.

  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

  • This role can be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
