We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

Being a Consult Learning Partner at Kyndryl involves working on moderately complex client/business needs and management of small to medium size projects. In this role you will need to display a high degree of originality and ingenuity in devising new approaches, make coordinated decisions in planning, organize and complete assignments, evaluate metrics and report across multiple programs, and provide the business with insights to facilitate decisions on their education strategy.

  • Coordinate calendar and enrollment, tracking, assessments, reporting, and customer communications for learning events.
  • Forecast training demand with internal operations and external vendors.
  • Work closely with Learning Business Partners to gather corresponding data for quarterly planning. Upon compiling this data, they will then execute upon training demand.
  • Additional responsibilities include coordination of onsite training with external venues and the execution of these trainings.
  • Travel may be required, both domestically and internationally.
  • Ensure efficient use of training resources and provide team leadership.
  • Interpret customer needs, make recommendations in areas of specialization, assume ownership of customer satisfaction and customer management.
