As part of our Professional Services team, you’ll lead implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our clients get the most value from our IP Lifecycle Management (IPLM) solutions.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • 7+ Years Hands-on knowledge and understanding of the Intellectual Property (IP) management processes, terminology, and best practices.

  • Works independently and takes initiative to drive results.

  • Builds trust quickly and acts as a strategic advisor to clients.

  • Is detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

It would be great if you also have . . .  

  • Experience in software implementation or consulting.

  • Salesforce experience.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects—from scoping to delivery and invoicing.

  • Analyse client business requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.

  • Conduct system configuration activities to ensure alignment with client-specific requirements.

  • Deliver training and support to clients on best practices and system functionality.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, and Support teams.

  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Support pre-sales activities including demos, scoping, and drafting Statements of Work.

  • Maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent communication and service.

  • Stay up to date with new technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

About the Team

This role will report into the Senior Manager, Service Implementation and will work as part of a team of 10 Implementation Consultants of both IP and technical expertise working with our IPMS products.

Hours of Work

Full-time, permanent role based out of our London office on a hybrid basis, 2 days per week in the office.
