Key Responsibilities:

As the Lead Full Stack Developer, you will own the development and delivery of DevOps projects, in line with the business objectives set out by senior management, whilst managing a team of developers.

The role combines technical leadership, strategic alignment, and hands-on contribution across the stack to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions to the business. 

  • Technical Leadership & Team Management

Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality standards and collaboration. Overseeing the architecture, development and integration between front-end, back-end and DevOps solutions. 

  • Front-End Development

Design and deliver an intuitive and modern user-friendly UI, ensuring performance across all types of devices and platforms.

  • DevOps

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, testing and monitoring solutions. Develop and test disaster recovery plans for the applications and ensure reliability.

  • Product Strategy Alignment

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to deliver business objects into technical solutions as well as contributing towards the product roadmap.

Qualifications / Past Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience as a Lead Full Stack Developer 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills required.
  • DevOps Skills; CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Problem-solving and Analytical Skills
  • Experience with architecture and design 
  • Experience with managing and delivering large scale projects and solutions from start to finish
  • Technical Proficiency in:  
    • JavaScript / Node.js
    • Python
    • Databases 
    • Docker / Kubernetes
    • Ansible
    • CI/CD Tools
    • Git
    • React
    • Other technologies such as; Wordpress, Grafana etc.
    • DevOps frameworks such as; SSDL etc.

First Stage Interview held with Global HRBP via Teams 

Second Stage Online Test Based Interview via Teams and our Applications

Third Stage Interview held with VP, TechOps and Head of Security in Person

Final Stage Interview held with VP, TechOps and CEO
