- Coordinate with the Fraud and Credit Risk Teams to understand their reporting needs, and iterate on dashboards and visualizations to allow them to track metrics to achieve their business goals
- Work closely with operational teams to build monitoring and alerting to minimize gaps in our fraud and risk program
- Ingest data from external vendors and coalesce with Toast data to analyze efficacy of vendors
- Work cross-functionally with other data teams at Toast to ensure data availability and accuracy
- Analyze large sets of transaction data to develop fraud mitigation strategy
- 5-8 years of experience in data analysis, experience in fraud and/or risk is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and have passion to become future leaders for the teams.
- Very strong SQL skills, R and Python skills and experience with Hex, Snowflake and Splunk are a plus
- Data driven, with a passion for efficiency
- An inquisitive nature, someone who wants to explore variances, and understand root causes
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, changing environment and adapt while focusing on key goals and objectives with minimal oversight
- Ability to work in flexible work environments and shifts/timings
