Lead Business and Data Analyst 

Responsibilities:

  • Work within an open atmosphere with frequent collaboration between team members
  • Supervise a team of business and data specialist focused on a specific vertical
  • Participate in planning process and allocation of team members to projects
  • Develop and manage best practices, checklists, KPIs, and procedures for the development team
  • Mentor and lead new business and data specialist
  • Coordinate with other members of the Marxent team to provide training and onboarding for new or existing team members
  • Domain expert in 3D Cloud database structure and content workflow in multiple products (product configurators, room planners, etc)
  • Be familiar with at least 5 client catalogs and be knowledgeable about every detail about that clients’ product assortment
  • Accurately define client SKU product scope to implement product assortment
  • Data work is consistently correct and functions as intended.
  • Seen by the ADs as an expert with complex datasets and large amounts of data
  • Able to take on new complex projects in new categories without hesitation
  • Consistently meets deadlines and communicates regularly with leadership team
  • Manages or has managed multiple data projects at the same time 
  • Handle content and technical issues in a timely manner
  • Be in constant communication with our project managers and content management team to understand data scope and requirements
  • Communicate accurate status of all data work across multiple clients to inform daily planning
  • Major contributor to the Tree of Knowledge documentation
  • Expert in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Proficient working in SQL databases
