What You’ll Do
Lead & Strategise

Oversee and grow relationships with top UK brands and agencies, acting as a strategic advisor and problem solver.

Demonstrate the value of The Trade Desk’s platform by delivering tailored solutions that drive success for our clients.

Partner closely with agency holding groups, leading key client meetings and guiding best practices.
Drive Growth & Innovation

Identify brand-specific opportunities, working alongside Business Development, Trading, and Product teams to meet client objectives.

Shape our UK Brand Team strategy, aligning with The Trade Desk’s broader vision and revenue goals.

Advocate for client needs by collaborating with Product & Engineering teams to refine our platform offerings.
Lead & Develop Talent

Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers, helping them develop their careers while ensuring high performance.

Create a collaborative team culture, setting clear goals and fostering professional growth.

Oversee team bandwidth and resource allocation, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier client support.
Collaborate & Influence

Work cross-functionally with senior leadership, product teams, and agency partners to drive efficiency and innovation.

Represent The Trade Desk in industry events, client workshops, and strategic discussions to further establish our leadership in the UK market.
Who You Are

8+ years of programmatic experience, including 3+ years of managing and developing a team.

A strong client partner – Proven ability to build and grow relationships with leading UK brands and agencies.

A strategic thinker – extensive experience advising executive stakeholders and developing long-term account growth plans.

A natural leader – Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.

A results-driven professional – Track record of driving revenue growth and delivering measurable success for clients.

An excellent communicator – Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
