WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role sits within the Jordan Marketplace Sales organization and serves Sport Specialty, Sporting Goods, General Footwear, NBHD, Athletic Specialty, Digital & Dept Stores accounts across the UK & Ireland. You will work with central x-functional sport teams to bring seasonal assortments and marketplace strategies to life and create a premium partner experience in both digital and brick-and-mortar environments. You will report to the Senior Manager, Account Sales Jordan UK & Ireland and be part of a small high-performing team focused on driving growth, marketplace distinction, and elevated consumer experiences.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded account leader with experience in wholesale marketplace management. This person can translate frameworks into actionable assortments, land seasonal stories with excellence, and drive revenue, margin, and market share through a deep understanding of consumer behavior, brand positioning, and marketplace dynamics.

The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic and complex environments. They bring strong negotiation skills to unlock business opportunities and the ability to manage end-to-end commercial partnerships independently while contributing positively to the broader team culture.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Sales, Account Management, Merchandising, Retail Buying, or related functions.

  • Fashion or streetwear industry experience is preferred

  • Entrepreneurial mindset to unlock business opportunities and deliver against bold growth targets.

  • Partner management experience with expertise in selling, consulting, and negotiation.

  • Proven analytical mindset with the ability to plan and optimize partner results leveraging commercial KPIs.

  • Team-first mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams toward shared goals.

  • High degree of marketplace, product, and consumer knowledge and affinity with the Jordan Brand

  • Ability to travel regularly within the UK & Ireland and across EMEA.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will drive revenue growth, marketplace elevation, and distinction for Jordan across Sport Specialty, Sporting Goods, General Footwear, NBHD, Athletic Specialty, Digital & Dept Stores accounts across the UK & Ireland. You will own the relationship with accounts, create and implement strategic plans, and land seasonal assortments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Land seasonal stories and assortments with accounts across all designated channels to serve the Jordan consumer.

  • Co-own the end-to-end showroom and sell-in experience.

  • Manage partner relationships and ensure best-in-class presentation of stories and products across digital and physical stores.

  • Drive mutual growth and profitability by managing the end-to-end business and solving challenges proactively in a fast-moving marketplace.

  • Maintain a consistent presence with partners through office and retail visits.

  • Bring the Jordan sport strategy to life with partners through tight collaboration with central sport sales teams.
