How you will create an impact

This is an excellent entry level position that would be perfect for someone wanting to start a career in HR or Learning & Development. You will be mentored by our Head of L&D and gain some great experience within a large, multinational business, and we will also support you with your CIPD qualification.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Support the execution of the learning priorities for the UK & EMEA
  • Contribute to global L&D projects
  • Support the implementation of UK/ EMEA early careers programmes including: work experience, interns, graduates and school leavers
  • Co-ordinating core skills learning initiatives, both virtually and in person
  • Build relationships internally and with third party vendors
  • Act as a point of contact between external vendors and early careers participants
  • Coordinate the UK open enrolment programmes, liaising with suppliers, meet and greet suppliers and ensure programmes are delivered effectively
  • Process invoices
  • Build knowledge of the UK apprenticeship levy in order to enable AIG UK to maximise our professional qualifications which utilise the levy.
  • Ensure that all programmes are evaluated effectively with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders and create regular feedback and evaluation data reports.
  • Take ownership of UK Orientation, ensuring that speakers are briefed, materials are up-to-date and host in person events, welcoming and introducing speakers.
