Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team as the newly created role of L&D Coordinator. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various L&D activities, ensuring seamless delivery and maximum impact. We are seeking an individual who is curious and preferably has experience within an L&D function or transferable skills looking to grow career in this important vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, lunch & learns.

  • Manage training calendars and participant lists

  • Source and book training venues and resources.

  • Ensure timely communication with trainers and participants. (Framework, consultancy skills, Presentation, SCRUM etc.)

  • Engage with 3rd party training providers for all requirements (coordination and logistics) where required.

Training Logistics:

  • Manage training agreements and track expenses.

  • Handle registration, logistics and materials for training events.

  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

  • Manage and maintain the LMS, including user provisioning (with IT support), course enrolment, Performance conversations and content updates.

  • Provide technical support to learners and trainers on LMS usage.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot LMS issues.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect and analyse L&D data to generate insightful reports on training effectiveness and participant feedback.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

  • Prepare presentations and dashboards to communicate L&D insights to Senior Management Team

  • Use your understanding of the key data to suggest new approaches and ways of working to make the function more effective and efficient

L&D Admin:

  • Administer the L&D email inbox, Learning Calendar & the Monthly L&D Newsletter

  • Maintain and manage the L&D SharePoint & Teams space

  • Support the vendor set up, maintenance and invoicing process for L&D.

Culture & Engagement:

  • Provide support in planning and organising Team Days across the company

  • Support planning, organising and attending on boarding and quarterly culture events.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience coordinating and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and learning events. 

  • Manage the LMS and provide technical support. 

  • Strong ability of collecting and analysing data, tracking KPIs, and preparing reports for senior management. 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written. 

  • Must be an organised individual 

Additional Information

The successful candidate will work under a hybrid set up. It is essential that you have a willingness to be in our London office once a week.
