A Labelling Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the labelling processes by performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks. This position supports the labelling team by efficiently managing processes, handling correspondence, and maintaining accurate records

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports.
  • Keep label revision codes up to date and reports up to date.
  • Organize and schedule meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Perform data entry using our label submission form, retrieval of labels, and database maintenance.
  • Compile reports and utilize initiative and analytical skills to inform the labelling team of urgent requests.
  • Arrange meetings with country managers to discuss potential orders and determine the need for labels.
  • Respond to emails and follow up on ongoing projects.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure procedures are carried out correctly

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
  • Friendly and professional demeanour.

Experience and Education

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Experience of working in a collaborative team environment, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals.
