About the Role
We are looking for a UK Regional Account Sales Manager to drive growth across London, the Northern Home Counties and the Midlands.
This is a home-based, field-based, quota-carrying role that combines strategic account management, new business development, and partner engagement across the education, corporate, and government sectors.
You will be responsible for developing targeted end-user accounts, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering Kramer solutions through system integrator and channel partners. The role requires a proactive, structured, and technically capable sales professional who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple opportunities, and building long-term customer and partner relationships.
The successful candidate will have a proven technical sales track record within the IT, ICT, or AV industry, gained with a manufacturer, distributor, system integrator, or dealer.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Account Growth
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across the assigned region.
• Develop and execute business plans targeting strategic end users, large projects, and medium- to long-term opportunities.
• Identify and develop new business, strategic accounts, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, and AV/ICT integrators to generate demand, influence projects, and build pipeline.
• Increase awareness of Kramer solutions through customer meetings, events, and product demonstrations.
Sales Execution & Channel Management
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and project identification through negotiation and closing.
• Lead customer meetings and solution discussions, with support from Kramer’s pre-sales team.
• Position Kramer solutions effectively based on customer needs and project requirements.
• Build and manage business through existing AV/ICT partners and identify new partners where needed.
• Support partners on active opportunities and collaborate with consultants and integrators to influence specifications and accelerate sales.
• Prepare and follow up on offers and remain knowledgeable about competitive products, technologies, and market trends.
Pipeline & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate pipeline, account activity, forecasting, and opportunity data in Salesforce.
• Provide clear visibility on sales performance, opportunities, account development, and risks.
• Manage multiple projects and changing priorities while ensuring timely follow-up and accurate forecasting.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
• At least 3 years of field-based technical sales experience in a customer-facing, quota-carrying role.
• Proven track record in IT, ICT, or AV, with a manufacturer, distributor, system integrator, or dealer.
• Experience in new business development, strategic account management, and working with end users, consultants, and channel partners.
• Proven experience managing sales pipelines, CRM, and forecasting.
Technical & Commercial Skills
• Solid knowledge of AV, IT, or ICT technologies and the ability to translate technical solutions into customer value.
• Understanding of the AV/ICT channel and partner ecosystem.
• Experience engaging with projects at the design/specification stage is an advantage.
Soft Skills
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, tenacious, and results-driven.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude and a good sense of humor.
Other Requirements
• Must reside within London, the Northern Home Counties, or the Midlands.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned region.
• Full UK driving licence required.
