The Role:

As a member of our award-winning Creative Services team, you will focus on producing high-quality still artwork with a keen interest in developing your motion design skills. You will contribute across our portfolio of channels for on-demand, streaming, marketing, online/social media, and on-air content.

Your primary responsibility will be to create static online, social, and print assets that enhance media and platform-integrated campaigns. You will manage, create, and repurpose key art, series imagery, and episodic thumbnails across all streaming and VOD platforms, while supporting on-air promotions as needed.When required, you will deliver creative, memorable design work that drives growth for our channel brands, ensuring consistent, accurate brand representation and upholding quality and technical standards across all original content.

This role is based in the UK and working from our offices in Soho (2 days per week) and remotely from home for 3 days. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design Creative Assets: Develop high-quality, still and (when required) animated graphic assets for social media, online platforms, and marketing channels across all brand formats (linear and nonlinear).
  • Support Original Productions: Collaborate on our original production content across diverse platforms, including streaming services and promotional banners, delivering both static and motion designs.
  • Contribute to New Service Launches: Create tailored graphic assets for launching new services across various platforms, ensuring alignment with specific platform and partner requirements.
  • Develop Marketing & Corporate Materials: Design materials for corporate communications, marketing, and business development, including sales and marketing presentations, pitch decks, marketing reels, and digital invitations, etc.
  • Collaborate on Key Campaigns: Work closely with the Creative Services team on major campaigns to ensure cohesive and impactful visuals.
  • Partner with Producers and marketing team on graphics: Collaborate with the production team to produce both on-air and off-air promotional graphics.

Key Competencies required:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Cinema 4D and Redshift Renderer or a willingness to undertake appropriate training
  • Ability to apply high quality creativity to a wide range of genres and styles, showing flexibility and attention to detail.
  • Great knowledge of multimedia formats for still images, video, motion graphics and animation (i.e. compression, video mastering, export for web and print).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of file management and organisation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Great at accepting constructive criticism, open to learning and making corrections.
  • Flexible approach (adapt to changing brief/deadlines with professionalism), self-motivation, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong time/resource management, enthusiasm, ability to think clearly and make quick decisions under pressure.
