About the Role

At Teya, we're on the lookout for Key Account Manager, someone who's not just part of the game but ahead of it. Your mission is to boldly seek out, negotiate, and secure high-value enterprise deals that move the needle for our business. This isn't just a sales role; it’s a quest for a charismatic and resilient "hunter" who thrives on the thrill of the chase. You will navigate complex sales cycles, influence C-level stakeholders, and turn ambitious prospects into long-term strategic partners. You’ll work at the forefront of the fintech revolution, carving your own path and helping us redefine the payment landscape.

Core Objectives

  • Identify and Target High-Value Prospects

Research, map and prioritize enterprise-level or high-potential accounts aligned with Teya's growth strategy.

Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage decision-makers within target organizations.

  • Strategic Prospecting and Outreach

Use a mix of outbound techniques (cold calls, networking, events, referrals, LinkedIn, industry groups) to open doors.

Secure meetings with C-level executives and key stakeholders in target accounts.

  • Develop Customizes Solutions

Deeply understand each prospect's business model, challenges and objectives.

Collaborate with product and solutions teams to tailor proposals that demonstrate Teya's value.

  • Drive Enterprise-Level Sales Cycles

Lead negotiations and manage complex, long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Navigate procurement processes, RFPs, and legal/contractual requirements effectively.

  • Pipeline and Performance Management

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic account opportunities.

Consistently meet or exceed targets for new key account acquisitions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with marketing to refine campaigns for enterprise outreach.

Partner with Product and Operations to ensure readiness to deliver on large, complex client requirements.

  • Market and Competitive Intelligence

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Share insights with leadership to refine strategy and strengthen Teya's positioning.
