Serve as the primary liaison between Huhtamaki and GKA's for all account-related activities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth and meet growth revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships at multiple organizational levels
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned account.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, R&D, finance, etc.) to deliver tailored solutions and services
Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing discussions
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure service levels are met
Resolve issues quickly to maintain high customer satisfaction and account retention
Provide regular account updates, forecasts, and performance reports to senior management
Stay informed about accounts business priorities, market trends, and competitor activities
Drive continuous improvement in account management processes and service delivery
