This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a world-renowned company that is shaping the future of the medical industry with cutting-edge technology and solutions.At ZEISS, we don’t just create products; we create solutions that transform the healthcare landscape, providing ground-breaking advancements across medical and clinical fields.What You'll Be Doing:As a Key Accounts Manager within the Medical (MED) division at ZEISS, you will play a vital role in managing and expanding relationships with strategically important customers, including private hospital groups, group purchasing organizations, and key accounts. You’ll lead the sales efforts across the UK and Ireland, working closely with internal teams to align Zeiss solutions with customer needs.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and expanding relationships with key decision-makers at strategic accounts.
  • Driving sales growth and achieving strategic account objectives, with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Leading the customer account planning cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts.
  • Negotiating contracts and managing quarterly business reviews to identify further opportunities.
  • Gathering and analysing business intelligence to shape new growth areas and support Zeiss’ initiatives.
  • Working closely with the NSM, RSMs, and Marketing Managers to share key account information and drive innovation in our approach.

What We're Looking For:We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with medical sales experience, who has a proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in medical, scientific, technical, or business disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of Zeiss products and the UK/I medical market.
  • Proven experience in medical sales and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to analyse high-level financial and business intelligence to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in medical, scientific, technical, or business disciplines.
  • Proven experience in medical sales, with the ability to drive business growth and manage complex, strategic accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence both internally and externally.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
