Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in a dynamic and innovative financial data company?

As a Key Account Manager – Wealth at FE fundinfo, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of key client accounts, driving strategic goals and fostering strong relationships. This role offers you the chance to be at the forefront of the investment industry, participating in exciting projects and contributing to the growth and success of our clients.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

It is a hybrid position requiring you to be in the Soho, London office on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Your key responsibilities as a Key Account Manager will include:

  • Acting as the primary relationship contact within the existing client account.
  • Managing and executing key account plans to drive forward strategic goals.
  • Retaining and upselling clients by understanding their business and requirements.
  • Managing and re-negotiating contract renewals, including price increases.
  • Identifying and qualifying cross-sell opportunities and recording them in Salesforce.
  • Providing feedback to cross-functional internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Key Account Manager:

  • You must have extensive experience in an Account Management role.
  • You will have effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • You should be able to present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • You need to have excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You must be self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
