Key Account Manager (Field-based, London)
As Key Account Manager at (a Houseful brand), you will be responsible for growing a regional portfolio within London, ocasionally visiting larger independent estate agents in person. You will ensure that every customer and prospect is effectively managed and able to make the most of their Zoopla membership, minimising risk and identifying growth opportunities. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering revenue and branch growth across Houseful’s portfolio of products, consistently meeting targets in line with company goals
- Understanding influence structures within all allocated agent customers and developing relationships from branch manager level to director/owner level.
- Demonstrating quality customer engagement as well as maintaining a high degree of business acumen and product awareness
- Ensuring that client records are maintained in Salesforce with accurate, high-quality information.
- Attending training sessions to increase your skill set and updating your product, market and competitor knowledge.
You would be ideal for this role if you:
- Have experience in B2B real estate, proptech or property sales, working in a consultative sales role.
- Have great organisational and time management skills.
- Are flexible and comfortable in a fast-moving performance-led environment, adapting quickly to change.
- Are self-motivated and results-orientated, demonstrating sound judgement and creative thinking.
- Have great interpersonal skills and can engage with senior company executives.
- Can own senior client/stakeholder relationships, with responsibility for account development.
