Reports to: Key Account Lead UK & Ireland

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager for the Life Sciences sector to drive profitable sales growth across the UK & Ireland. In this role, you will be a strategic partner to our Life Sciences Key Accounts, supporting them with advanced hygiene, infection prevention and contamination control solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive profitable sales growth across Life Sciences Key Accounts in the UK & Ireland.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Prepare annual business plans and forecasts.

- Conduct customer and competitor analyses.

- Coach and support internal teams.

- Participate in the S&OP (Forecasting) process.

- Support the Life Sciences marketing & strategic sales plan.

- Provide technical expertise.

- Support pricing strategies and customer negotiations.

- Assist Credit Control.

- Contribute to achieving overall budget goals.

- Present and demonstrate new products and concepts.

- Work closely with internal teams (sales leadership, ADM, AWT, equipment).

 - Exchange knowledge with global Pharma/Cosmetics colleagues.

 - Identify customer requirements for products, equipment, and services.

- Travel willingness across the UK & Ireland.

Success Measures

- Achievement of profitable growth targets.

- Effective product launches.

- Customer satisfaction.

- Retention and expansion of key accounts.

- Leadership in coaching the Life Sciences sales team.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

- Strong sales and negotiation experience.

- Strong relationship‑building skills.

- Technical understanding of Life Sciences environments.

- Ability to coach and motivate teams.

- Strong organisational ability.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of contamination control or GMP.

- Experience tendering in regulated industries.
