How you can make a difference:
  • Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools.
  • Provide a consultative client needs analysis and execute the account strategy as determined by leadership.
  • Monitor developments within designated accounts to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Design, develop and present sales proposals and presentations on how to resolve client business challenges.
  • Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients.
  • Collaborate with other business services support groups to encourage long-term retention.
  • Track and report on client account trends for leadership to leverage.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS
Required qualifications:
  • Experience: Three or more years of sales experience exceeding revenue quota.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Technical skills: Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WAN and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks; Extensive product and technical knowledge.
  • Skills: Networking, relationship-building, negotiating, closing and interpersonal English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a team environment working within required deadlines.
  • Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue quotas selling data, voice or video solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances.
The base pay for this position generally is between
$76,000.00 and $163,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$97,500.
