You’ll bring creativity, curiosity, and a user-first mindset to the table, with a desire to craft customer-centric solutions that align with our brand vision.

Welcome to Trinny London!

Here at Trinny London, we’re changing the face of makeup and demystifying skincare, and we're only just getting started. Founded in 2017 by Trinny Woodall, Trinny London is challenging people all over the world to rethink their routines.

We have achieved tremendous growth since 2017 and we’re proud to be one of Europe’s fastest-growing beauty brands. We’re generating millions of sales by developing innovative products, acquiring hundreds of thousands of supporters and customers all over the world, and more importantly, building a talented and motivated team to support our fantastic growth.

Our Values

We live by three core values: we bring fearless passion, we act with smart intent and we all wear yellow together.

We always go the extra mile, working together to push boundaries and celebrate our wins and learnings as a team. We listen to every idea, big or small, and make considered decisions. We support each other to achieve our goals and thrive on collaboration.

The Role

Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Assist in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web applications, ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with the UX Researcher to incorporate user feedback and testing results into design iterations.
  • Support user testing efforts, gathering feedback to inform design improvements.
  • Translate user research and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable UI components that enhance design consistency across platforms.
  • Work closely with teams like marketing and product to align design work with business goals.
  • Partner with Developers during the design process to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
  • Stay curious and up to date with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
  • Be open to learning and adapting in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Degree in graphic design or a related field
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Highlight your understanding of layout, typography, and color theory, and your approach to creating seamless user experiences.
  • An eagerness to learn and a keen attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency in your work.
  • Familiarity with user-centered design principles and methodologies, including basic user research and wireframing.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma (or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues from various teams.
  • Awareness of accessible design standards and a willingness to learn how to apply them effectively.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a proactive attitude toward tackling design challenges.
  • Previous experience in the luxury beauty and/or fashion industry is a plus

We love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London! Although it’s useful to have the skills listed above, we’re always eager to hear from ambitious people looking for their next challenge.

Benefits

Our mission is to give our customers the tools they need to be their best. And the same goes for our team through our benefits:

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
