Your superpowers- Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an analytical or strategy-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills - you can pitch Picnic’s mission with confidence.
- Fluency in English. Dutch, German or French? Big plus!
- A data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for launching creative talent initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you’ll need to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions.
