Purpose of the Role

This is an opportunity to learn from award-winning strategists and gain hands-on experience in shaping brand narratives for global clients.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in research and analysis of consumer trends, cultural insights, and competitive landscapes – this can include admin or data led research
  • Support the development of strategic frameworks and presentations for client briefs and pitches, including formatting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (creative, media, CX) to ensure strategies are integrated and actionable
  • Help monitor campaign performance and gather learnings for optimisation.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops.

How you’ll succeed

  • Be Curious: Continuously seek out cultural trends and consumer insights to inform strategic thinking.
  • Think Creatively: Approach problems with fresh perspectives and contribute ideas that inspire transformative work.
  • Collaborate Effectively: Build strong relationships across teams and communicate clearly to align on objectives.
  • Stay Organised: Manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Show Initiative: Take ownership of your learning and proactively support projects beyond your immediate remit.

What you’ll bring

  • A passion for brands, creativity, and cultural trends.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with research tools is a plus.
