YOUR CHALLENGE
- Develop Internal Tools: Create and enhance web applications that enable our employees to work more efficiently.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to translate business requirements into intuitive solutions.
- Problem Solving: Debug and troubleshoot issues independently while knowing when to ask for guidance.
- Continuous Improvement: Embrace a learning mindset, continuously exploring new technologies and best practices to refine our internal tools.

- Technical Foundation: You have hands-on experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript—whether through internships, personal projects, or at least 1+ year of professional work.
