We are currently looking for a Junior SMM specialist to focus on content planning, community engagement, and trend-based communication, primarily on Threads and TikTok.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Develop and maintain a content plan tailored to platform trends;
- Research and collect relevant references for copy and visual direction;
- Rewrite and adapt content to fit different platform formats and tones;
- Publish content across multiple platforms (primarily Threads, TikTok, Instagram);
- Monitor engagement and interact with the audience;
- Track basic performance signals and suggest ideas for improvement.
ABOUT YOU:
- 6+ months of experience in SMM or a related content role;
- Strong written English (B2+) with the ability to rewrite and adapt copy in a creative way;
- Basic content creation skills – design, editing social media videos, retouching photos;
- Visual thinking with the ability to create well-matched visual assets;
- Confident working with trends;
- Skilled in researching and selecting relevant content references;
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
