THE ROLE
The Junior SEM Executive is responsible for the daily management and strategic optimization of PPC and SEM campaigns, mainly Google Ads, to drive measurable business growth. Key responsibilities include keyword research, bid management, and ad copy creation, alongside conducting A/B tests and data analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Campaign Operations: Manage daily account activities, including bid adjustments, keyword research, and the creation of ad copy aligned with brand guidelines
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance to identify and implement improvements in ROAS.
- Strategy Development: Support the creation of PPC strategies that align with business goals, driving relevant and measurable returns on investment.
- Growth Opportunities: Identify and act on opportunities for campaign expansion, exploring new targeting options, ad formats, and audience segments.
- Performance Analysis: Provide insights into campaign performance, conduct tests to measure effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Detail Orientation: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a results-oriented approach, managing multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
WHO YOU ARE
- Operational Precision: You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. You understand that small errors in a PPC environment can have significant financial implications and take steps to ensure total accuracy.
- Analytical Proficiency: You possess a strong aptitude for data and numerical analysis. You can interpret datasets to identify trends and provide evidence-based recommendations.
- Technical Foundation: Ideally, you have hands-on experience with Google Ads or a similar performance marketing platform. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation is essential.
