Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and grow your inbound sales pipeline.
- Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and pitch Houst’s services via calls and emails.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from initial contact to signed agreement.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in inbound sales, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
- Naturally competitive and results-driven.
- Prior experience in sales or a client-facing role (required).
- Familiarity with Close (CRM) is a plus.
- Comfortable working from our London office 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)
- Willingness to work occasional Saturday mornings (as part of a team rota).
