Position Description

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales, Equity Derivatives to join our team in London, UK. The role involves delivering tailored market updates, trading ideas, and product recommendations while supporting the full trade lifecycle from onboarding to post‑trade follow‑up. You will collaborate closely with trading, structuring, quant, and other product teams to enhance client experience and identify cross‑selling opportunities. The ideal candidate is a fast thinker with strong communication skills, a solid academic background in finance, mathematics, or related fields, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Market equity derivatives products to EMEA clients, including structured notes, swaps, and certificates.
  • Prepare and share market updates, trading ideas, and product suggestions tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Assist senior sales colleagues in developing new business.
  • Collect and analyse client feedback on pricing and products to help enhance the competitiveness of the equity derivatives offering.
  • Work closely with trading, structuring, quant, and prime services teams to improve systems and deliver a superior client experience.
  • Support the full trade lifecycle, including client onboarding, pre-trade preparation, and post-trade follow-up.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other product lines to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Finance, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering or related discipline(s).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and motivation.
  • Ability to think fast and critically, solve various problems arising from trading, risk and operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate in a team.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
