Position Description
The Junior Sales position is responsible for promoting EQD products, including Delta One products, Structured Notes, and Certificates, to clients across the EMEA region. They will support client engagement through market insights, trade execution, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance the client experience and drive business growth.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
Market EQD products to EMEA clients, focusing on Delta One, Structured Notes, and Certificates.
Prepare market commentary and trading ideas to support client decision-making.
Maintain and deepen existing client relationships; assist senior sales in originating new business.
Gather client feedback on pricing and products to enhance competitiveness.
Collaborate closely with trading, structuring, quantitative, and prime services teams to optimise systems and processes.
Manage the full trading cycle, including onboarding, pre-trade, and post-trade services.
Work with global sales teams across product lines to cross-sell and maximise opportunities
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Delta One and/or Prime Services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic, motivation, and proactive attitude.
Ability to think quickly and resolve complex problems in trading, risk, and operational contexts.
Capable of working under pressure and collaborating effectively within a team.
