It's our attitude and the way we run our business that makes us different. All of our actions are based on our 4Cs ways of working which means we focus on getting it right for our colleagues, customers, company and community.

Our Hastings strategy sets out our focus areas, goals and measures to achieve our vision of being the UK's best and biggest digital insurer. Central to our strategy is providing great value insurance in the most simple and straightforward way.
