About The Team
They are a large equity market neutral Quant PM group within ExodusPoint Capital based in London. The senior members of the team have worked as colleagues, together for over many years at several top tier hedge funds and have a wealth of experience and a strong track record. Over the last two years, they have built a cloud-based state-of-the-art systematic platform including the ability to process real-time market data and build signals at various timescales. The system is now live for more than a year with a large capital allocation from the firm. They are very collaborative team who work closely on all aspects of systematic trading including alpha research, signal combination and portfolio optimization.
Junior Quantitative Researcher Role Requirements:
- Up to two years’ experience at a top hedge fund or excellent (first class) university graduate
- Candidates with experience will have worked extensively on implementation or worked directly as a Quant Developer/Researcher
- PhD in STEM subject or Master’s degree strongly preferred (STEM degree: Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, etc)
- Strong programming skills in Python are essential (Python..ect)
