Project Management - About the Team

The Project Management team are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of agency services across the full client portfolio. This team is 15 strong and is integral to the business and project success. The team continue to grow and develop delivery skills day to day, strive to deliver consistently high standards, whilst at the same time thriving in the fast-paced creative agency environment.


About The Role 

The Junior Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects on time, to budget and to client expectations. This role is the knowledge holder for key accounts and projects working closely with internal functions and stakeholders. The role is client facing with ownership and responsibility for timings, resourcing, budget management whilst aligning and promoting agency process throughout. 


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Triage and respond to client briefs working closely with PM Lead
  • Work closely with Project Lead to cost projects in a commercially efficient manner
  • Build project plans and milestones aligned to scope and client expectations
  • Ensure resources are allocated to projects at each phase aligned to budget and scope
  • Manage the project budget and maintain status, analysing systems data throughout
  • Project communications - including, kick-offs, status meetings, team stands ups and follow up with timely communication
  • Delivers project status reporting to the needs of client and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain all project timeliness, scope and costs
  • Develop knowledge in dependencies and put into practice and project plans
  • Understanding of stakeholders on project and allocation responsibilities accordingly
  • Deliver agency system first response to all project reporting and status requirements
  • Proficient in coordinating various individuals and teams from across the agency, including production, creative, design, and account management
  • Key point of contact and knowledge holder for allocated projects
  • Seek support when projects are at risk for solutions with PM Lead
  • Manage expectations by ensuring creative or production are in budget 


Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years experience of project management in a creative agency
  • Client facing experience in a creative agency
  • Attention to the detail and analytical approach
  • Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and solution focused
  • Confident communicator (in person and on email)
  • Ability to remain calm and motivate others
  • Ability to adapt, be flexible and collaborate with team members
  • Interest and appreciation of high-quality creative output
